C42 Fuel Filler Hose

If you are the owner operator of a C42 aircraft please take 5 minutes to inspect the fuel filler hose in the baggage bay of your aircraft. If you have a clear tube, with a white spiral reinforcement running from the fuel filler to the fuel tank please inspect it carefully for staining and splits. If there are any fuel fumes within the cockpit or baggage bay and or exterior staining on the hose, that is an indicator that there is a split and the hose needs to be replaced.
