Comco Ikarus GmbH – The Light Aircraft Company Ltd

Following discussions with aircraft manufacturers Comco Ikarus GmbH and The Light Aircraft Company Ltd have signed a sole Distribution Agreement for the United Kingdom, effective immediately.

After several months of discussions and recent factory meetings in Germany, Comco Ikarus GmbH offered and The Light Aircraft Company Ltd have accepted a sole Distribution Agreement to represent the range of Comco Ikarus aircraft in the United Kingdom along with spares, service and after sales support.

TLAC Managing Director Paul Hendry-Smith said we are delighted to have been offered the Distribution package of this great aircraft type for the UK, its time proven design and robust construction have made it a benchmark aircraft not only with private owners and groups but also in the flight training arena offering low cost of ownership, reliability and outstanding resale values. We hope to reinforce confidence with existing owners of C42 overcoming some recent uncertainty, expand sales and to progressively launch new models.
